My pretend boyfriend and former “Doctor Who” star, Matt Smith, has officially joined the cast of Paramount’s Terminator reboot. According to the news release, Smith will play a new character that has a strong connection to John Connor.
Smith joins Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Clarke, Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney, J.K. Simmons, Day Okeniyi, and Byung-hun Lee.
Emilia Clarke and Jason Clarke will portray Sarah Connor and John Connor.
Terminator will be directed by Alan Taylor from a screenplay by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier. The reboot is set for release on July 1, 2015.
