After the announcement of “Halo 5: Guardians” last week, rumors have begun swirling that “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” will be released on Xbox One as well.
According to a report from Engadget, the collection will include remastered versions of “Halo: Combat Evolved,” “Halo 2,” “Halo 3” and “Halo 4” and will be out this year.
The point of the release is more than just a collection of “Halo” games. It will also serve to refresh gamers about the character of Master Chief before “Halo 5” is released next year.
At the moment, Microsoft has not confirmed the collection release.
