As if you couldn’t love “Downton Abbey” any more, a Christmas record is on the way! The release is titled “Christmas at Downton Abbey” and will be a 45 song record of the best type of festive music.
The album will feature a holiday version of the opening credits theme song as well as a variety of traditional hymns and Christmas carols. Some of the actors from the beloved series are also expected to be contributing to the album. Jim Carter, the actor who portrays Carson, is set to be doing a spoken-word version of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” for the release.
“Christmas at Downton Abbey” is set to release on November 10 but it is currently not known whether it will be the same release date for the United States as well as the United Kingdom.
