Comedy Central has announced the renewal of three of their hit shows,  “Key & Peele,” “Brickleberry” and “Drunk History,” for next season. The news was announced by Kent Alterman, President, Content Development and Original Programming, Comedy Central.

“Key & Peele” is being renewed for a fourth season. It is executive produced by Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Ian Roberts, Jay Martel and Joel Zadak. Each episode of the show consists of several pre-taped sketches starring the two actors, introduced by Key and Peele in front of a live studio audience. The sketches cover a variety of societal topics, often with a focus on Black-American culture and race relations.

“Brickleberry” is heading into its third season and is produced by Fox 21 and executive produced by Daniel Tosh, Waco O’Guin and Roger Black. The series follows a group of Park rangers as they work through their daily lives in the fictional Brickleberry National Park.

“Drunk History” was renewed for a second season renewal and is executive produced by Derek Waters, Jeremy Konner, along with Gary Sanchez Productions’ Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Chris Henchy and Owen Burke. In each episode, an inebriated narrator struggles to recount an event from American history, while actors enact the narrator’s anecdote, lip syncing any dialog. The show guest stars several famous actors portraying the historical events.

“We are covering several genres with these pickups: one sketch; one animation; and whatever ‘Drunk History’ is,” said Alterman.

All three new seasons will premiere in 2014.
