The fifth and final season of HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” has added Travis Tope as a new cast member in a recurring role.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Top is set to play a character called Slim, who is described as young drifter who comes to Atlantic City to work for Mickey Doyle.
Tope only has one movie under his belt (The Town That Dreaded Sundown) but he is already being eyed for several movies from various studios and production companies.
“Boardwalk Empire” will return in the fall for its fifth and final season that will likely make me and maybe you cry.
The series stars Steve Buscemi as lead character Nucky Thompson. It also features an amazing supporting cast including Kelly Macdonald, Michael Shannon, Shea Whigham, Michael Stuhlbarg, Stephen Graham, Vincent Piazza, Michael Kenneth Williams, Anthony Laciura, and Gretchen Mol.
