BBC has officially released online the mini-episode “The Night of The Doctor” leading up to the 50th Anniversary Special. The mini episode serves as a prequel for the anniversary episode, “The Day of the Doctor” which premieres on Saturday, November 23.
The 50th Anniversary features Matt Smith, David Tennant and a mysterious incarnation played by John Hurt. Only one appears in the mini-episode.. But which? A crashing spaceship, a desperate pilot and an ancient world all lead the Doctor towards a terrible choice.
