Three Actresses Up for Sarah Connor Role in Terminator Reboot


The upcoming film reboot of Terminator is reportedly looking at three different actresses for the role of Sarah Connor. According to a report on Schmoes Know, Emilia Clarke, Brie Larson and Margot Robbie are being looked at for the role as well as a mysterious fourth actress which was not revealed.

Emilia Clark is best known for her role on the HBO series, “Game of Thrones.” Brie Larson has appeared in “Community” as well as a role in the film, 21 Jump Street. Margot Robbie appears in the recently released romantic comedy, About Time.

At the moment, no one has officially been cast in the film but it is rumored that sexy cardigan wearing actor, Tom Hardy, is being eyed for the role of John Connor while Garrett Hedlund is being looked at for the role of Kyle Reese.

The first in a stand-alone trilogy, Terminator will be produced by Megan Ellison of Annapurna and David Ellison of Skydance. Dana Goldberg and Paul Schwake of Skydance will serve as executive producers. Laeta Kalorgridis (Avatar, Shutter Island) and Patrick Lussier (Drive Angry) are attached to write the screenplay.

Terminator is expected to hit theaters July 2, 2015.

    I think they should’ve settled with the trilogy, the third movie wasn’t really necessary tbh, but it was ok.

    Then there are the Sarah Connor Chronicles as well, I guess they try to milk every penny they can get.
