Wes Anderson Debuts a New Short Film, “Casello Cavalcanti”

By on November 14, 2013

I am pretty sure I have mentioned previously my extreme love and idolization of Jason Schwartzman and Wes Anderson respectively. But here I am mentioning it again as Anderson has debuted a brand new short film titled “Casello Cavalcanti.” The short was released as part of a new collaboration with Prada.

Schwartzman plays the lead role in the seven minute short film portraying a racecar driver in 1955 Italy. Written and directed by Anderson, “Casello Cavalcanti” also stars Giada Colagrande and is produced by the Directors Bureau in association with Hi! Productions.

You can watch the “Casello Cavalcanti” below and also see Schwartzman and Anderson in next year’s The Grand Budapest Hotel, opening March 7, 2014.
