Kevin Smith’s Clerks III is finally moving forward and it appear that Rosario Dawson will reprise her role in the third installment according to Den of Geek. She confirmed the news saying,
“[Kevin Smith] just confirmed that I’m in it.”
Dawson played the role of Becky Scott who by the end of the second dil had become engaged (and later pregnant) by Dante Hicks (played by Brian O’Halloran.) Despite the news, Dawson has no information of when Clerks III will begin filming.
With little information about the project, we can merely assume that it will feature the return of stars O’Halloran and Jeff Anderson as Dante and Randal, the title slackers from the 1994 original.
