I am going to guess that around 90% of us work from home at a desk or table of some sort. And if you have a cat, you know how difficult it can be to get any work done. Between climbing in your lap, sitting on your keyboard, or batting your pens and pencils off the table, it is a miracle we get anything done.
Designer Rua Hao has come up with a solution, aptly named The CATable. The desk features a smooth workspace on top with a series of cubby holes just big enough for a kitten to crawl through below.
Cats’ characteristic curiosity is “greatly satisfied through repetitively exploring the unknown path behind the hole,” the designer writes. “It is a table for us, and a paradise for cats.”
I think I definitely need/want this.
