We finally have a bit of insight into what Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar might be about. The production designer, Nathan Crowley, told EW that the upcoming science fiction film will contain an emotional father/daughter story that will surely bring tears.
In the brief interview, Crowley mentions Nolan telling him that the film would be about “black holes, relativity, gravity, and their effect on time,” then adding “ultimately, it’s a very human story about a father and a daughter.”
Interstellar opens wide on November 7th. The first full trailer will be in theaters May 16th.
