It has been almost a decade since Chuck Palahniuk released his iconic novel “Fight Club” and he is bringing the world back to us for a sequel. “Fight Club 2” will release as a Dark Horse Comics series with 10 issues. It will be illustrated by Cameron Stewart.

According to Dark Horse Comics, Fight Club 2 will take place 10 years after the ending of Palahnuik’s book, when the narrator realises he and his violent, manipulative companion Tyler are the same person and he is reunited with con-woman Marla Singer after she has been kidnapped.

Palahniuk also added that the sequel will take place both in the future and the past. Not only will fans see what happened after the end of the film but also the origins of Tyler in his childhood.

“Tyler is something that maybe has been around for centuries and is not just this aberration that’s popped into his mind.”

Palahniuk has said that most of the characters in the first book will return including Project Mayhem who apparently still have great influence in his adult life.

“Fight Club 2” the graphic novel series will debut in May 2015.
