Sony is rolling out a new campaign aimed at getting gamers who may have been holding out to buy a Playstation 3. I personally finally caved last week after being solely a Microsoft Xbox gamer. Why? The exclusives. “The Last of Us,” “Beyond Two Souls” and so many more PS3 exclusives finally reeled me in. Not to mention you can get a PS3 Bundle for pretty cheap all things considered.
With the release of the Playstation 4 on the horizon, Sony seems to recognize that many gamers won’t be able to shell out for a next-gen console and thankfully that realization means the PS3 isn’t dead. According to the campaign, the PS3 is the perfect system for families and audiences who like their gaming on a budget.
The company also released a new trailer for the PS3 featuring some of the most anticipated games the platform has to offer. (I bought my bundle for $250, not to bad considering it came with a year of Playstation Plus.)
